The processing time is currently 4 weeks, which does not include shipping time! Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are taken on a “pre-order” basis and a limited amount of orders are accepted per week. Once we reach capacity, items are listed as “sold out”, until the following opening. Orders are eligible for cancellation within 1 week of placing the order. Our shop is not responsible for normal wear and tear, please handle all items with care! Colors, fabrics, and placement may vary from the listing photos, since all pairs are made to order and unique. We do not accept returns on ears, since all items are made to order. Exchanges may be made on apparel, if the item is still available. You may contact us within 7 days of delivery to inquire about an apparel exchange. Our shop is not responsible for missing or lost mail in transit, once it is in the hands of USPS.
